Side projects are production. Stress is the test that matters. If I can't replay it, I don't trust it.

↳ four habits

The discipline reduces to four. Replayable beats clever. If I can't reproduce it, I don't trust it. Validate at every edge. Zod on input, types in transit, skepticism at boundaries. Side projects equal production. I ship personal work the way good teams ship features. Explain or refactor.If I can't explain why it works, I haven't built it yet.
